I'm obviously a slut for pimping local talent. Evidently this video hit reddit today and started racking up the upvotes. Anyway, this guy plays at our farmer's market all the time, and the harmonica player is a fairly recent graduate of my high school.

Considering RAP Music and Cure for Cancer are still in heavy rotation for me over a year later, I'm stoked.

Listened to the new Dawes album today. They've taken a steady downward turn for me. Their first album was just magical. The second was fair. This one blew.

Now listening to the new James Blake album, which I've been waiting to do for a couple of days. Lots of the tracks were already leaked, so I knew what to expect. Still enjoying it. Will have to listen to it a few more times in various frames of mind to really get a good feel for it. Definite ear candy, though, when wearing headphones.
