For $190-$250 you can get much more processor power and a tablet from a company that doesn't have 6 year olds assembling them.

I'd be pretty hesitant about that...

Most of the specs aren't too bad. But a couple aspects kinda suck. That and the fact that it's a completely unknown manufacturer would make me stay away.

- Screen Resolution: 1024 x 600
- Battery / Run Time (up to): Around 4 hours working time

Crappy low resolution. And 4 hours for a tablet is pretty horrible too.

Also..

The Android OS version on this device cannot be upgraded or flashed and any attempts to modify the default OS will void the warranty. As a wholesaler, Chinavasion provides no software support, advice, or training regarding the Android operating system and software.

In my experience, people buying cheap tablets usually end up getting exactly what they paid for. Everyone I know that's bought a sub $300 tablet because it was cheap, has ended up regretting it hard.

Spend the money for a decent one, or don't bother...

I bought a 7" iView tablet from Newegg a couple months or so ago. It has been great. Of course, I bought it for my 10 year old and she dropped it the other day, breaking the screen.

I have Viewsonic GTablet, and it's pretty good if you root it and put on a ROM. The stock ROM is bloated and slow.
