Watching the quarterbacks
Among the 3 quarterbacks on the roster, the guy who threw the ball best on Thursday was Brady Quinn. He appears to have solid mechanics in his drop and has smoothed out some rough edges that were visible in his motion going back to Notre Dame. Matt Cassel threw several nice passes, but he was high on his throws during much of the session. Ricky Stanzi was OK.

@Iowa homers.

“I think they’re beginning to gain a command of the system and some of the checks that we have in place,” Crennel said. “They’re all doing well. Probably, Brady and Matt are a little ahead of Stanzi right now, but they’re all working at it. They’re a good group in that room, so we feel good about them.”

I can't wait until Quinn gets his shot with the 1's during the season.

It only means the countdown to StanziMania is a few short weeks away and the Cassel are has ended.

That was a beautiful lazer beam off his back foot.

Might have been the best pass Ive ever seen him throw.

Id have to think about that one, though.

Obviously, I totally disagree, but sorry for bringing up the chosen one in this thread.

It was bad form.

Like I said, that pass by Quinn was very very nice.

Hopefully, he shines when he gets his chance.

Ill be rooting for him, thats for sure.

Chiefs > ANY single player on the team.

That includes Stanzi.

I was thinking it would be real nice if Quinn stole Cassel's job.

We haven't developed an unholy hatred for Brady so we wouldn't feel guilty if he suddenly became good.
