I'm pretty sure you're making a very damning argument against somebody, but if it's me, you've missed poorly.

You have to be blind to notice that Romney avoids talking about his faith like a plague, probably because he learned in 2008 that it's a liability. You have to be blind to claim that any story on Mormonism, even a legitimately fair one like the OP's, is a naked hit shot on Romney. Mormonism is and should be a story, and Romney should have to answer questions about it.

That's not partisan, that's not even unprecedented. Republicans and Democrats alike have had to answer for their personal beliefs when they run for office.
