Obama, by contrast, deficit-financed an economic recovery, which is sound economic practice. He has attempted to repeal part of the Bush tax cuts, which Republicans still dive in front of to save. And he passed a healthcare reform of his own that is bigger and more efficient than Part D, which paid for itself.

I've lost the capacity to feel hope many, many years ago. But this is definitive change.

I agree. I'm on record with that.

The Obama deficit financed economy was totally ****ed up from the beginning. It spent borrowed dollars on leftist dreams that made little sense. Hence the weak economy we face now.

I was with you on the losing hope until Ryan was introduced as the rep VP. At least he is talking reality. Other than that I don't see any definitive change.

It didn't save us from a Depression and we could argue all night about how many and what kind of jobs it created and the money wasted. If Obama wouldn't have been such an elitist novice with a stacked congress that money would have been better spent. We're almost 4 years into Obama's recovery and what's our growth rate? 1.5% Wow. Amazing. We've got a lot more unemployed than being reported and we're heading for 3rd world status.

Clinton's economic record sucked the guy signed NAFTA ffs and his Foreign Policy was a disaster.

Perhaps the reason this country enjoyed economic growth in the 90's is because they were cutting government. Something Obama refuses to do.
