Albert Pujols hits 30th home run
Unbelievable.

Pujols is now tied for second for most consecutive 30 HR seasons (12 consecutive seasons). ARod is in first with 13 seasons, but we all know that will be asterisked.

Pujols would also be in second place for most consecutive 100+ RBI seasons (assuming he gets 5 more RBIs, which he obviously will). Sucks that in 2011 he finished the season with 99.

What an incredible hitter.

Yup. You can say with pretty good confidence that if he had even just an average month, he'd probably be hitting over .300 with 35-40 HRs.
