He then said that what people need to understand is that the new rookie pay scale changes it completely.

The #1 overall pick isn't going to get Sam Bradford money. The #1 overall pick isn't going to get Jamarcus Russell money.

The #1 overall pick in the 2013 draft isn't even going to get TYSON JACKSON MONEY.
