Winston mad at the Fans

Arrowhead Pride ‏@ArrowheadPride

Eric Winston was very angry at the cheering when Cassel got hurt. Held court w/ the media for a few min about that in the Chiefs locker room

What's interesting is how tightly Pioli controls what coaches and players are allowed to say.

But he's not going to control players who speak out and take a dig at the fans.

Not that I disagree with anything Winston said. But you have to think if you're Clark Hunt staring at a 1-4 team, the last thing you want is for players to be criticizing the fans who are still for some reason watching this miserable team.

Amazing that Pisoli keeps a lid on all information that comes out of Arrowhead and you rarely hear anything from the players. Now all of a sudden he lets them be vocal and they want to bash the fans? Pisoli at his finest

People are being very dishonest if they try to spin this otherwise.

Exactly! These 'new' players have no idea what we've put up with and cheered...and booo'd.

I don't know what I would have done if I'd gone to the game. I had the foresight to sell this one (before the season started). But, in the living room, I looked at the wife and asked..."are we supposed to cheer this?" when Cassel was down and we saw Quinn hurriedly throwing a couple warmup tosses.

Hell, I agree with everything he said until he made it sound like the entire stadium cheered which is an outright lie,

the franchise should just admit it hates the fans

the fans have already admitted they hate the franchise

then all the brave players and genious GMs can play in empty stadiums, undisturbed by our insufficient hero worship...

Effective immediately. Any players who want to jump ship because you feel the fans don't support you, please refund your salaries and GTFO.

If we disbanded this team, who is the one player we know will not have a starting job elsewhere?

What is funny is we did not wish it, exact opposite.

It happened and we had no hand in it but we are assholes because "it" happened.

One of you dudes that tapes the game, roll it to where he gets injured and see if you hear a huge wave of cheering going on. I didn't hear it on the broadcast live, but I'm half deaf

I would have said the same thing I said at home. "Shit, I didn't want him to get injured. Just benched. I hope he is OK"

They should just take out all the seats, then they won't have this problem.
