I can't imagine caring less. This team is circling the drain. The fans may bring comparisons to philly, but the franchise is going to bring comparisons to the Browns.

At the current pace, the Chiefs and their fans won't be relevant enough to get airtime by mid-season.

The fans of KC are great and I ain't buying all this bullshit about "All the fans cheering" when Cassel got hurt.

Maybe if Winston's team didn't get blown out in 3 of 4 loses, weren't 1-4, suck so bad at Arrowhead, and won a ****ing playoff game in 20 years people wouldn't be so aggravated.

Settle down all. Despite what anybody says about the cheering or the comments by Winston, the message is out there.

I'll reiterate: I don't care if the entire nation looks upon the actions of the fans at the game or this message board with disdain. That all passes like water under a bridge. It's not going to stop Cassel from being a horrible QB. It's not going to stop ***** from being a terrible GM. It will not stop any potential FA's from signing. It won't stop us from drafting a QB. (That last one dovetails in with the horrible GM part.)

IMO, the Dilfers of this world will be yesterdays lunch in a 24 sports news cycle. Flushed into the crapper as some new thing comes along. We shouldn't stop the banners, nor the pressure.

I'd love to say my gut didn't think it was a conspiracy but it does.

By Cassel getting injured, real or not, ***** now has the ability to paint all of his detractors as inhuman people who cheer for blood.

In one play, he was vindicated and the whole impetus to get him fired was crushed.
