I think Clark gets a pinch of a bad rap. Don't get me wrong. I don't know what his #1 goal is. I'll admit it may very well be just to make $$.

But lets look at the history. When he hired Scott, he shelled out a ton of money for a GM and got the consensus #1 guy out there. No fault in that. He did his part.

Looks like it didn't work out. And that's fine. He took his shot. Now it's just time for Clark to try again with a new GM. If he does that, I'll be satisfied that he's trying.

If he sticks with Scott, that will completely change my opinion.

Yep.

Clark hasn't run the Chiefs long enough for me to say that he's done a terrible job. His first order of business was to remove Peterson from power, which was a good move.

His second order of business was to hire the best GM available, which at the time, was Scott *****. Can't fault him for that.

Lets see what he does next.
