Do you have to push or does it just come out?

When you dump do you have to moan and groan and strain or does it just kind of fall out?

I just sit down and it comes out and I'm done. I experience no discomfort and I have to put out no effort. What about you guys? For you chronic pushers, are you worried that over the long term you'll jack up your bowels?

Hey, it's a bye week. I can't occupy myself with anti-pioli propaganda so i am forced to think about pooping.

Seriously during the season we have a poop thread and Cassel is not part the discussion?

Cassel is the giant constipated turd that the Chiefs fan base has been straining to push out for the last 3 years, but they just can't force him out and it hurts so bad. Pioli is the cause of the constipation. It's time for CHunt to administer a giant enema to flush the Cassel and Pioli away. A steady diet of Geno Smith will get us regular again.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
I guess it depends on what I eat. If I have a lot of greens or mexican food, it seems to go smoothly. If I have a lot of red meat, not so much.
