I actually agree. He's just doing his freaking job, and the president is too far up the chain to have much of a role in this. We shouldn't be polling this. If people get warm fuzzy feelings about how he's handling a storm, fine, but there's no way to divine how that impacts the election, and the poll is pointless since even lots of people who have no intention of ever voting for him might say yes in a "yeah I guess, but he didn't have to do much" sort of way.

Here's a poll on how he handled Benghazi. Just because not everyone is talking about it nonstop anymore doesn't mean it didn't have it's day as well. There's no way there's not going to be massive disruptions in service, goods, and transit, particularly in an area that's so dependent on mass transit with a storm the size and gratitude of Sandy.

This Libya issue was not a controversy, and it would have been irresponsible to commit an act of war against another sovereign nation.
