Would you replace Pioli, Romeo and Cassel with AJ, Norf and Rivers?

Having no other option for the next 3 years, would you swap GM, HC and QB with the cHargers or stay the course?
BTW - This is a spin off of DarthPioliSatan's "Haters" thread.

You shouldn't have provided a third option. That's a cop-out.

If we're forced to keep them for three years, I'm taking the better of the two horrific options. That would be AJ, Rivers, and neck cancer

I agree. Ever since SkipTowne left everyone has had to pussy foot their way around this forum. Frankly, I'm sick of this babying bullshit.
People around here need to grow a pair and have a ****in' opinion.
GAZ is not an option; it's the pussy's way out of a tough question.
Use your intellect people...

Wow. I would actually go with AJ, Rivers, and neck cancer in this instance as well.

This division has seen its fair share of shitty GMs and coaches. My God.

The only sane answer is, "Well, sure. I guess I'd take the screw-ups from San Diego. But..."

I don't know why you have the need to refer to Norf as "neck cancer".
He had a couple of pimples on his neck as a teenager and he popped them. What's the big deal?!?

Htismaqe used to have a catchphrase above his avatar that sums up my feelings perfectly - "better does not equal good."

I guess I'd take Phyllis, even though I think he's a loser or at least cursed. The other two? Forget it.

Rivers is basically playing with no receivers in SD.

He'd be awesome here. Bowe would have 1500 yards.
