The guy was followed around by undercover Bloomberg thugs/cops the moment he got to the hotel.

Actually, here's what I think would happen--a number of people would be attracted to the "basic security only" airline. And then--a guy with a turban (who is likely a Sikh and not a Muslim anyway) is seen boarding. Suddenly, the high-security airline is looking a lot better...

Yes, because one is consensual and private sector. You guys need to make the distinction. People are boarding privately owned airplanes and the govt is doing this.

I understand your frustration, however someone who is in the middle watching that exchange watched a pro gun advocate appear unstable, paranoid and flat out delusional. Resorting to settle the debate in a boxing match I would fancy a wager the fat **** has never laced leather in his life which is beside the point of how ridiculous he came off making the challenge. Ted Nugent is far from level headed with a well earned nickname "the motor city madman" more than held his own with Morgan by simply stating the case. That's why some folks think Jones is an agent provocateur to make gun advocates, and other folks on the right look bad to discredit them. He could have still attacked without acting half-cocked. Maybe, Piers and/or some others at CNN knew he'd get like that so they asked him on too.

You just proved a point I've been making all along. America's full of sheeple. Again..the media over the last decade has portrayed that image to be the bad guy...the guy that's strapped a bomb to his ass and is hiding in your garage ready to take your family hostage. Meanwhile it's our own govt that put these assholes on the plane to begin with.

In reality it's a hundred of passengers against 1 terrorist. If there is a threat there are more than enough people to take that guy (or any other nut) down should there be a real threat. Shit if anything just hire former marines as undercover armed air marshals (which they already do).

There is not a doubt in my mind when the producers were able to book this idiot they were ecstatic. They knew the buffoon would babble mindlessly flying off the handle almost on cue. They and Morgan knew they only needed to provide the rope and the idiot would hang himself. I do not think he is any type of operative, just another charlatan who has found a simpleminded following that provides him a comfortable living. There is no shortage of idiots more than willing to line the trousers of pitch men who follow the age old scam of mixing a few facts in with wild stories~
