Contract is imminent!

Chiefs, Andy Reid closing in on deal
By Jason La Canfora | CBS Sports NFL Insider

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/blog/ja...ing-in-on-deal

A contract between Andy Reid and the Chiefs is imminent, according to league sources.

They worked through an afternoon meeting and have reached a point where staff and other issues have been resolved. Both expect everything to be formalized soon, and wholesale changes will be coming, with an announcement likely Thursday.

Reid was scheduled to travel to San Diego to meet with Chargers officials. That meeting has been canceled.

Agreed. Did anybody confirm what the Eagles fan said last night? That he told the one reporter at the airport that the Chiefs need a QB and that they can fix it considering they have the first pick? It was from the legit reporter but it wasn't reported on the broadcast we all watched.
