This is far from surprising, as Reid is likely angling for final say in football matters wherever he ends up. Even were that not the case, it's hard to imagine the Chiefs' front office being big enough for each of Reid and *****. The longer the situation drags on, the harder it will be for ***** to land a new job if he's indeed cut loose. Reid interviewed with the Chiefs on Wednesday, and will meet with the Cardinals either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.
