I was an intern with the video department working during the training camp *****’s first year. ***** grabbed me in the waiting area of MCI and told me I needed to clean up. That I wasn’t a player and if I wanted to be a part of this organization I would have to clean up. He told me no more than that. No specific areas to work on. Just slapped my shoulder and said ‘Ok, son.’

I was managing all the content from training camp while making about 2 bucks an hour and worked 107 hours in 9 days as an intern without an actually employee overseeing. When I got back to the office my supervisor said I looked more than fine, besides I was wearing a tie, dress shoes, and slacks.

I would later meet Dallas ***** randomly. One of the few things she said was, I hope your experiences with Scott were pleasant. And then the wife of Scott apologized.

Sometimes ego gets in the way. Scott if you want to be a part of this organization… wait you are no longer needed. Best of luck elsewhere.

I don't have a problem with this. I can't tell you how many times I came in on a Saturday after binge drinking on a Friday when I used to wait tables to have the managers tell me to leave and shave...and I made $2 an hour too! (plus tips)

I have no issue with management issuing a "shaving" policy and I assume that this is what that was over.

Why is ***** even talking to video interns? That's the point of this. This kid had nothing to do with building a football team. Yet ***** felt the need to give him shit for not wearing a three piece suit or something stupid.

2) If you as the GM are going to preach a professional look in the organization you better lead by example and not show up in a t-shirt and sweatpants for a local TV interview.
