The guy clearly won't be a scorer in the NBA, so why would gm put low ppg against him?
I'd say with the skillset phil has, 7-10 ppg with his 7 apg would be absolutely enough to get him in the nba.

Helps it. He's not going to score in the NBA. He has to show that he can control the game without shooting.

Phil Pressey has no draft stock. He's a terrible ball handler for NBA standards, far too small, he can't shoot, and he plays terrible man and team defense.

Good luck getting the ball in those passing lanes with his height and length.
