Glad we won...this team still has along way to go...shouldn't have been in this type of situation.

If you're Haith in this situation, what do you do in the locker room? Congratulate them on a great comeback? Focus on the ass-terrible first 25 minutes and shot selection?

I would choose "commit seppuku", but that's beside the point.

Today is really the first time I'm watching a non-Mizzou basketball game for an extended amount of time this year...

Is it me or is spacing in college basketball non existent? Evey game is just a bunch of people playing bumper cars beneath the basket. I don't get it. High school basketball has better spacing. I thought this was mostly a Mizzou issue but it's the same no matter who I watch.

College basketball is really a god awful product. If it weren't for the issues of state and university pride I know I wouldn't watch it . In the Age of AAU the vast majority of players are gunners concerned with raising their own profile; as a result, you get players who sprint to the ball without thought of floor spacing or defensive consequences. Few teams can actually pass the ball, and those who can largely cannot shoot.

I thought there for a second I was watching the spiraling downfall of Missouri basketball (again).

They pulled it out though. Even if it was against a shitty team at home....they could NOT lose that game and keep on a losing path heading into Vandy.

Damn they are one slow starting team. It's evident with last Sat's game they can't do that against quality opponents or they'll get blown out and lose within the first 10min. But there aren't many good teams in the SEC so they can be mediocre and finish top3.

Stop Pressey = stop MU.

Bowers wasn't playing which would have made a difference in a 10-15 pt swing probably...but damn they're bad without him. The loss of Dixon hurts...they don't have shit for a bench. Ross and Brown can play at times but they're inconsistent.

And this deal w/ Haith is the giant elephant in the room. If MU can continue to win and finish 2nd in the conference...you gotta give em props.

I would like to see the courts widened by 5 feet.
