Different regime, look at their draft history. It shall be a QB with KC's 1st overall pick.

I'm hardly sucking them off.

I just have a confidence that Andy Reid is not ****ing stupid.

Declaring Alex Smith your unquestioned starter, and passing on Geno, is really ****ing stupid.

So does Andy Reid trump 30 years of team history?

Ultimately, that is where I'm at. I don't believe so. Clark is still in charge.

Declaring Alex Smith your unquestioned starter, and passing on Geno, is EXACTLY what the Chiefs ALWAYS do.

I get so ****ing tired of this argument. Andy Reid and John Dorsey haven't done anything wrong for the Chiefs. If you want to be angry with Scott Pioli and Carl Peterson and Jim Schaaf and Jack Steadman, that's fine. But it's idiotic to piss and moan about "The Chiefs" always doing the wrong thing. This is a completely different bunch of guys running the organization now.

Um, Andy Reid drafted Donovan McNabb with the #2 overall pick. Give the man some credit.

See my previous post. You're making the same stupid argument again.

They will draft Geno.

They haven't done anything RIGHT either. There's no activity by which to OBJECTIVELY measure their performance. All we have to draw upon is history, both their personal histories and the Chiefs. Dorsey has never been a GM before, so that's even less evidence upon which to draw an objective opinion.

Um, I absolutely have. I've given him credit for that pick repeatedly.

Scott Pioli drafted Tom Brady, does he deserve some credit for what he did with the Chiefs?

If I quit Chiefsplanet and go to a new forum, should I automatically demand respect based on my chiefsplanet rep?

New situations/teams call for a balance of Rep. Reid and staff needs to prove they deserve respect in KC before they automatically obtain it.

I'm not going to lump these guys in with OUR history until they repeat it.

Andy Reid wants to throw the ball 35 times a game. He's not bringing Alex Smith here to do that.

Again, I'm glad you're convinced of that. I'm not.

Andy Reid WANTS to throw the ball 35 times a game. Whether or not that EVER happens in Kansas City remains to be seen.

Dorsey and Andy will be given credit on opening day when Geno is under center for us. Unfortunately that is the truth. They have the resume we like but until they do one thing that those before them failed to do they are never going to get respect from the fan base. Get this damn team a legit winner at QB. Take a chance in the first round.

By the way, you need to read what I said I again. I'm not suggesting you have to agree with me, this isn't an argument.

I'm just telling you where my thinking is. I actually phrased it in the form of a question for a reason.
