If his back checks out, yeah, I'm fine with it. Some might say that doing that will cause us not to be able to sign other free agents down the road, which may be the case, but LT is a spot we are going to have to have for our new QB to succeed. If we have to overpay a little, thats fine.

Honestly to me, by the time that happens we'll be in a position to renegotiate, or drop the contract. With our cap position it should be incredibly front friendly. The only thing that worries me about front loaded contracts are hold outs later on, but I don't see Albert being a problem.

Signing Albert to a top LT contract or franchising him would be the best thing ever, because it would flush Matt Miller and all the true fans down the toilet...putting us on the golden path to taking a franchise QB #1.
