Has any other president faced the public disagreement Obama has?

Yes I think he is an embarrassment and a worthless shitbag. Now that we got that out of the way...

Several states have had citizens sign petitions to secede from the United States. Several law enforcement people have said they will not enforce new gun laws. Several states tried to sue over Obamacare. So has there ever been a president get the finger so openly in our history?

Nothing about him being born in Hawaii makes it more likely that racism is what fueled the birther phenomenon.

Yes. Pretty remarkable that I remembered a quote from a fundraising letter after all these years. It's almost like it was covered wall-to-wall by the media of the day and the quote has essentially become a meme.

I wonder if AJ spent his entire term blaming the problems left to him by Abe's death and the Civil War that just happened.

I'm willing to bet every President has blamed problems on his administration on the President that preceded him.

I honestly don't recall W doing that to any significant degree. Of course, 9/11 happened shortly after he was settled into office so that may be the main reason.

Yeah. Its gotta be Andrew. They tried to kill him. Congress constantly overrode him. Congress even passed a law that said he couldn't dismiss a cabinet member and them impeached him when he did.

Please. Barack Obama has a sign on his desk that says "The Buck Went Thataway".

No, the main reason was that George W. Bush had class.

That'd be a great photoshop job, juxtaposed next to a Truman pic. Show them each at their desk in the oval office with either a plaque on the wall saying that or desk plaque. Truman's saying " The Buck Stops Here" and Obama's "The Buck Went Thataway". I don't have the time right now or I'd do it.
