Jared Odrick

http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/5844/jared-odrick

I would absolutely give up a 3rd rounder for this guy. He is the impact 3-4 DE that we have been missing and he would come very cheap financially to replace Jackson and Dorsey.

The bottom line is that 5 techs are cheap and can be found everywhere.

Linebackers, cornerbacks and safeties are where it's at.
you dont think a 4th or a 5th rounder is cheap for a 34 starter that would be better than anything we would probably get in the 4th or 5th anyway?

Odrick is also cheap contract wise. Cheaper than anything you would pay Canty anyway for comparison sake

I wouldn't give up a high 4th for a guy that Miami is willing to dump.

They'll most likely cut him if they don't want him around.

Could Jared Odrick be the guy to cause the next CP civil war?

Considering the last four plus years, I wouldn't be surprised

I like Randy Starks more than Jared Odrick. And he won't cost us a draft pick since he's a FA.

Randy Starks is one bad dude.

He'll cost a lot more in salary, though, and you can't franchise Bowe/Albert at $10m and pay Bowe/Albert $10m a year if you're going out and landing guys like Starks.

Anyone who wouldn't trade a lower pick for Odrick doesn't understand football, but a 3rd is steep in principle being that it's the first pick. I'd try my luck at the draft with Dorsey at the helm. He hasn't been THAT good. If it was last offseason, sure thing.
