Draft success is not necessarily the best measure for how qualified a guy is to be your college scouting director. These guys' job is to collect good information from area scouts. You have to have a college personnel guy and a GM / coach who are capable of making good decisions with the information provided.

I'm not a big fan of Morrow because he's been around for so long on a not great drafting team. Marvin Allen is an interesting choice, especially since he comes from the Patriot tree (luckily... that tree is more Dimitroff than it is *****). But I'm guessing Dorsey knows a shitload about these guys having run in the same scouting circles.
