Does free agent Chris Canty spark your interest? The New York Giants released the defensive lineman last week and now he's visiting the Kansas City Chiefs. This according to Mike Garafolo of USA Today:

Btw, former Giants DT Chris Canty visited the Titans over the weekend and will now meet with the Chiefs. Could be more visits coming.

Interesting. Very interesting. You know what position Canty played in New York? Right defensive end, same as Glenn Dorsey, who is of course a free-agent-to-be on March 12. We haven't heard rumblings as to whether Dorsey will be back but the general thinking outside the team is that he won't be. There's also the issue of the large sum of money that's due to Tyson Jackson.

He's a good player who's had some injuries and certainly isn't worth the contract he signed with the Giants a few years ago at this point. As long as they sign him to a more reasonable deal in line with his current play, I'm fully on board. He's a fine starter at end and they pretty much need two of those.

Chris Canty - DL - Free Agent
The Titans made a contract offer to free agent DT Chris Canty during his visit, but he's "continuing to explore his options."
Canty visited the Chiefs on Monday. Per USA Today's Mike Garafolo, Canty has no other scheduled visits "at this point." The fact that Canty is "continuing to explore his options" is a strong indication the Titans' offer was of the "team friendly" variety. Canty is still likely to have a new home by the end of the week.

Him and Jackson should be gone anyway. They need to attack with the d-line and not just occupy blockers.
