Yep.

Said she liked hanging out with me and we had a lot of similar interests but "we weren't connecting on a deeper level."

How is that even possible after 3 weeks?

Men and women work at different speeds. If it wasn't for reproductive organs....men and women wouldn't even ****ing talk to each other.

Shitty. If she expects a deep connection after 3 weeks, she'll be looking for a while.

*shrug*

I'm guessing it was something else entirely. That was just her prepared excuse for ending it.

There's your sign Clay. Women aren't worth it bro! Chase the impossible dream of being.. whatever the **** you want to be.

Step 1: Get Money
Step 2: Get More Money, and if by this point you're feeling horny and pr0n doesn't do it for you then,
Step 3: Fly to a city with prostitution.
Step 4: Live it up.

First, try not to let it make you feel too bad. These kinds of things happen and you'll eventually find someone who makes you happy if you keep looking.

Second, I don't want you to feel like I'm kicking you when you're down, but maybe her "deeper level" comment is related to some of the things mosbonian was trying to say to you. Obviously, I don't have a clue about what kind of relationship the two of you had over that 3 weeks, so disregard if I'm way off the mark. Did the two of you already have sex? How much of your focus was on sex versus how much was on figuring out what other things she wanted out of a relationship?

Third, girls are weird. But you'll get them figured out (at least enough to co-exist in a happy relationship). Keep your head up.

No. She said she wanted to wait and I respected that.

The other night I asked her for the FIRST TIME if she wanted to go further. I didn't push it after she said no.

Good for you. That seems like a good approach to me.
