At least I recognize it regardless of which side spews it, instead of being blinded to one side's short-comings by ideology and "intellecutual" myopia, lapped up so eagerly by so many FOX and talk radio fans.

I see the same problem from the myopic left Chris Matthews gob polishers on this forum as well. Just look at the Rand Paul thread to see my proof.

My point was complaining about the Right and their Superpacs is almost as hypocritical as the President complaining about an "unpatriotic" rise in the deficit by President Bush before skyrocketing his own many times more.

Actually, this last bubble's burst was due to Alan Greenspan who denied any responsibility for any of it. 16 years of monetizing an artificial boom. Clinton met and smoozed Greenspan over lunch too.

People wind up getting used to this artificial wealth creation, or people feeling richer than they are during the boom times. It's now so much a part of the socialist mix in our economy. That's why you see Keynesians ( JohnnyV and Amnorix) crying over how the old way didn't work. ( which isn't true). That's a paraphrase for saying people producing doesn't work. It's just another handout for doing nothing—and some love this corruption when they benefit from it. Longterm though, it impoverishes us all.

I don't remember watching Fox in over a decade, either. I am not sure how your post relates to my previous statement.

My point is many here seem unable to concede, or williing to turn a blind eye to the idiots, empty rhetoric, hypocrisy, and lame arguments offered by "their side." There is plenty of it going on....both right, and left.

So the sequester didn't end the world? Or is that what will be blamed when things turn south again?
