I don't honestly know what city I would count Sandy for so I'll just say NYC.

Before that it was New Orleans and prior to that NYC for Sept 11.

I don't know if Sandy should even register on the same scale.

Its inevitable that we are going to have another big one, where do you think it will happen?

New Madrid fault snaps too much happening along it, or California falls into the ocean lots of quakes along the coast line and in the state.

the entire USA. 2013 is supposed to have a lot of solar activity and due for a solar storm which will act like an EMP. It's possible.
