I saw the last paragraph. Could a grown man kill a child with a knife? Of course. It's the mass acts that we're talking about.

But then again you know this. But if you think Columbine, Va Tech, Newtown, Aurora, etc etc are all the same as the attack today in Texas then I can't help you.

Have a good night.

Oh, I see. So you just don't like it when all the dead kids are actually killed at the same place and the same time? Gotcha. It really does make for bad press. But, then, some of us don't make decisions based simply on bad press.

Good night to you as well.

Everyday 5 children die or are injured by firearms.

http://www.thesurvivorsclub.org/extr...ental-shooting

I couldn't find data on how many children die everyday from accidental stabbings. It's so low it's not even calculable.

Were you surprised by the number of knife kills? Please be honest.

Not really. It's over a 10 year period. That works out to 2,000 a year...166 a month, 13 a week......less than 2 homicides per day are committed with knives.

I actually thought it would be higher.

Sure throw them in. Just as long as we count all that the military has shot and killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.

And do you think the numbers would be higher if all guns were outlawed?
