2-year-old stabbed to death, father arrested

http://www.wane.com/dpp/news/2-year-...ather-arrested

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - Noblesville medics were called to a home on Wednesday after a 2-year-old was stabbed in the head, officials said. Authorities have confirmed the child has died.

Police have arrested 30-year-old Micah Harrison on a preliminary charge of murder. Harrison is the father of the victim.

The child has been identified as 2-year-old Michael Harrison.

Police say the Harrisons were visiting extended family in the area.

The incident happened around 4:45 p.m. at an apartment on 14924 Waterlily Drive.

Neighbors told 24-Hour News 8 they saw a number of children outside playing Wednesday afternoon on snow piles. They said they saw a little boy fall, get in trouble, and they say they saw him get spanked by a man.

Soon after that, police were called to the apartment complex, after a call that a two year old had been stabbed in the head with a knife.

Authorities say they found two year old Michael Harrison suffering from significant trauma to the head.

Soon after that, neighbors said they saw police detain a man on the ground.

“We saw the cops take him out and then put him on the ground,” said neighbor Jordan Hardister.

“He was just laying there on the ground, and the cops had a gun to him saying, put your hands up,” said neighbor Alex Carstens.

Police say they’re not sure what transpired inside the apartment. They say there were multiple people, adults and children, inside at the time, including Micah and Michael Harrison.

Neighbors also say they saw police carry two small girls from the home shortly after the incident.

Micah Harrison was arrested last March in Baldwin County, Alabama, for failure to appear. He has also faced charges of menacing.

It’s not clear who lives inside the Noblesville apartment. Neighbors believe it to be a couple who had only lived there for about six months.

Police say the two year old’s mother also lives in Alabama.

I get that someone like wickedson is trolling the issue. But these responses just stoop to his level. It's the intellectual equivalent of "I know you are, but what am I?"
What is trolling?

The moment someone defends gun control on this board it's treated like the plague and the posters are called trolls.

Talking about stories of gun violence over and over again isn't trolling, it's reality. Too soon these incidents fade into memory only to have something even worse and more deadly come about. Many now are convinced there will be no more cop-outs by the right. You will soon be forced to show your vote to everyone let the people decide who are legislatures will be.

Pockets of gun friendly politics has worked well in it's small well organized regions but once the true meaning of the agenda is spread nationally the effects are dramatically changed and common sense voters become much more important. McCain and Romney wer'nt ready for any of that and by what has been transpired in the last few months we could be moving closer and closer to a major overhall of the RepublicanP Party

If you didn’t make curfew, raise your hand.” All of us that broke curfew kept our hands down — except B-Rush. He’d raise his hand and tell on himself. Coach Self would ask him why he didn’t make curfew and he’d say, “Because the club was crackin’!” Everyone would laugh and he’d make B-Rush run a little bit.

Strange.
Indeed, it is strange. I'm not a hardcore gun rights person, so I have no idea if what I wrote is a talking point or not. Is there a part of it that you would care to disagree with, or is that the extent of your dismissal?

It's a relevant thread considering your retarded threads.

You basically post talking points. That's what you post. You're not under the impression you're here posting original thoughts, are you?

I mean, I thought it was intentional.

Does this make the Sandy Hook incident now irrelevant because it happened prior to that date?
