Are Americans Waking Up? Looks like it.

So let's continue to make the case.

Even after the Boston Marathon bombing, a pair of recent polls show Americans more fearful of their government than terror—a change since 9/11.

After 9/11, 71 percent agreeing to sacrifice personal freedom to reduce the threat of terrorism, declining by 2002,2005 and 2006 to 54 percent.

Washington Post poll conducted April 17 and 18 shows change in attitude with 48 percent of respondents worrying the government will go too far, compared to 41 percent who worry it won’t go far enough.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv..._20130418.html

A Fox News survey Link shows this is a "fresh" development too. It breaks it down by political affiliation too.
• Bucking the trend, 51 percent of Democrats responded they would give up personal freedom to reduce the threat of terror, compared to 36 percent opposed.
• Forty-seven percent of Republicans, on the other hand, opposed giving up freedoms, compared to only 43 percent in favor.
• Yet independents were the most resistant, with only 29 percent willing to sacrifice freedom, while 58 percent stood opposed.
It's amazing to me, how the left is fine on such things when their man is President and vice versa.

Yeah but HCF is NeoRight as in NeoCon. It really separates who really sits on the right.

Anybody with a brain can see this sets a bad precedent.

Before arrest: terrorist
After arrest: common criminal

The names are arbitrarily interchangeable however the pigs want to use them as a means to an end.

He has said multiple times he voted for Romney. It is a shame how much you generalize people. It really speaks to your inability to read and react to the post, and instead you react to the poster and what you "think" they are.

Okay, he wasn't crazy for Obama even in 2008. But don't forget Romney is a Mass Progressive, someone my socialist mother loved. He wasn't crazy about McCain in 2008 though even called him a "twerp" ( which I agree with ). Then said he liked him in 2012. Confusing. Seems to me he did vote for Obama the first time—but not the second time.

I think this may be what he was referring to.

All fine and dandy. But he didn't vote for him this time therefore he didn't put him in power (this time) which is what I was commenting on. That is all.

Yes I know...but he does contribute to Obama getting power, since an incumbent has advantages and has the edge in the next election.

Given the circumstances, I probably would have had the advantage in 2008 though.

BS.

Voting for him in 2008 put him in there and now he's entrenched. It's not like the masshole lives in a swingstate so it doesn't matter if he voted for the vichy regime candidate this time around, any way.

What matters is his defense of obamugage and character assassinating and attacking ANYONE who dares criticize dear leader.
