ESPN poll Nation favors Royals over Orioles

http://espn.go.com/espn/fp/flashPoll...pollId=4529885

I am just a little bit shocked by this.

I don't know a whole lot about baseball, but they seem to be on ****ing fire right now.

I've watched the last few games with an avid baseball buddy, and he was going on and on about how well they've played.

Their defense is just playing lights out right now. Making multiple amazing catches in each game.

Surprised it is not higher. Probably because they worded it who you think will win.

If you put who do you want to win, I bet it spikes to 70%.

We have fans all over, I was shocked how many were at the Angels games in Cali.

Then the rest jumping on because of the feel good story. Great time for us fans.

Of course people want the Royals to win, they are the small market team with the MLB deck stacked against them.

Them winning would prove the impossible to be possible.

If they do make it to the WS they will have done it by going thru the two best teams in baseball. Pretty impressive and something a lot of people without an otherwise obvious interest in the series would root for.

You keep saying this. Royals had their highest attendance in almost 25 years. Had the last two weeks been switched(ended at home instead of road) would have topped two million.
