Paybacks are Hell. Fema turns down rest of $ for Texas Blast town

This looks bad. $7 mill and change is all they will get.

FEMA should be there right after the disaster making sure people are housed/fed/help with cleanup.

The chemical plant's insurance should pay for long term restitution.

I'd like to know who was the dumb ass that thought building a plant like that around a town or letting the town build around the plant was a smart idea though.

Funny. Texas is going to bitch about not getting money when they wanted to deny it to those who truly needed it on the east coast. **** Texas. Nuke 'Em.

Are you gay? I don't have a problem with your life choices, but please, cozy up with someone else. I don't need you to "comfort" me.

But no, no feelings hurt here. Just don't understand how you see anything incorrect with Mr. Kotter's post.

I wasn't trying to comfort you. It's just that I get concerned when someone has a fit.

Kind of odd that your mind jumps to gay sex so quickly, though. Good luck with that whole, "let's talk gay sex," angle.

...and the North Pole is melting.

Seriously, let the market price premiums appropriately for those areas. If less live there, then other ideas will develop for living....there or elsewhere. That's how we improve.

Isn't "Are you going to be okay?", a comforting statement. Why yes, it is. Dumbass.

Now if you can point to where I threw a fit, we'll be set. I'm finding that reading comprehension hasn't been one of your strong traits.

Hell, if it gets to expensive for all these ocean side resorts and businesses, property values will go down and I can finally have that beach bungalow I've always wanted.

I agree, but we'll have to acknowledge seeing a dip to our economy if that's the case. We'll lose a lot of tourist traps nd money hubs. Much of the money would likely then be spent on tropical vacations abroad. Would be a boon for the travel industry though.

Well, your fit is where you threw a fit. And no, "are you going to be ok," doesn't indicate I'm trying to comfort you.
But like I said, best of luck with your gay obsessions.
