Sebelius is batshit crazy

The crazy death angel from Kansas may be insane. First she ignores any humanity she may have had and Denys a life saving operation for a 10 year old. Too bad for death panel Kathleen, courts ruled for the child and she got her transplant . Bummer for the old bat.

Then she rolls this one out.....kids who don't get pre school from birth to age 5 may need to drop out of school by third grade.

Insane bitch.

(CNSNews.com) – Children who don’t get a pre-kindergarten education, ideally from birth to age 5, might fall behind and “may as well drop out” by third grade, Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius said on Wednesday at an event to garner support for President Barack Obama’s $75-billion proposal to increase pre-school enrollment across the country.

Sebelius said investing in pre-school education would bring “prosperity to all our people.”

“If we want to be a competitive country, if we want to make sure that we can achieve prosperity for all of our people, we have to figure out a way to have productive citizens throughout our population,” Sebelius said at the event, marking the one-year anniversary of an Educare school in the District of Columbia that serves children 6 weeks old to 5 years.

Funny how you ignore the direct correlation of the education of the typical "inner city freeloader" and how it affects free loading.

We should ignore paying for any kind of education for the first X # of years of their life, so we can pay their way from the time they dropout, to the day they die.

What government education program has been a success?

I agree, but I also think they're given a raw deal b/c of a widespread shitty culture. Hell, even good people who care about their children lose the educational battle. Our culture sucks.

It's a question that has plagued us for generations: How do we break the cycle of bad parenting?

Shitty parents that raise idiot children aren't going to put any effort into taking their kids to school at a younger age.

Education is the answer IMO, but how to implement it effectively toward the uneducated is a question that I do not have an answer to.

That's total bullshit.

People that care don't look towards the government to give their kids what it takes to succeed. People that care figure out what their kid needs and go get it. For us that meant my wife stayed home with our kids until they were through kindergarten.

Our culture only sucks because parents don't act like real parents.

Really? People who care about their kids have children who do achieve higher levels of education, but still graduate by just skating by. Those kids go on to lead uninspired lives. They might be productive members of society, but wasted their potential for more.

Absolutely not bullshit. Is it to the same degree? No, but it's still the same thing. Highschool and college graduates alike still feed off the system b/c of their poor choices.

In some cases sure. A whole hell of a lot of parents can't do anything even if they want to. What do you suggest to a parent who has a smart kid who doesn't care and is dooming themselves to a life of mediocrity b/c they're cool with just passing?

You're powerless as a parent. These days, kids have zero shame and wouldn't hesitate to call the cops if you so much as laid a finger on them.

When I was growing up, I would have been embarrassed and ashamed to have everyone in town know my Dad beat the snot out of me. These kids though, they get in competitions on twitter over who's more ****ed up. "I have to take X amount of pills just to get through the day", "I had 277 absences this year", I blah blah blah. A bunch of ****ed up people.

So, has anyone pointed out yet that all these people who are ignorantly hollering at Sebelius for "being a death panel", are mad at her for refusing to do precisely what they say they DON'T want the feds to do?

She's not going through a list of names and holding a thumb up or down Caeser-style. These transplant standards have been set for years and years, not by the government, but by medical doctors and ethicists in private practice. For whatever reason, lawmakers gave her the authority to overrule them, but since she's not a doctor, she refused to use that authority.

Do they not realize that what they are yelling is, "hey, government! You must get in there and decide who lives, and do it NOW!"
