While you are looking at phone records and emails....

It's over 800 pages, no one has read it, it's expensive, and it's full of dirty tricks to increase democrat voters. Deja vu all over again. The video is 20 minutes but well worth it.

We are being sold out by the senate. Rubio sucks balls. **** McCain. **** Graham.

The very first thing any bill should include is an agreed upon plan to stop illegal immigration. With whatever funding or penalties included. We didn't enforce it the last time this was agreed on so without a good plan to stop it from happening nothing will change and we'll be going thru this again.

No plan, no bill is how I expect my reps to vote.

So far we know for sure...

He is a gun rights support... you know like MOST Americans.

He supports increasing quotas to allow for more immigration and higher quality immigrants.

He is against partial birth abortions and FORCING employers to pay for birth control.

The only stance I know of his that is "far right" is being against same sex marriage. The rest of his stances so far at the National level have been things that are either majority or very close to majority views.
And really it's not even fair to call opposition to same sex marriage far right since (a) it was the majority position in the country until recently, (b) it's still just barely a minority, and (c) it's the same position our far left POTUS held until just before the last election.

I think he is basing it on what he sees as majority opinion not his views which is fair EXCEPT that Cruz has little to no record on which to judge him. Just because MSNBC says he is a far right wing guy doesn't make it so. He IS very big on states rights and limited government but I don't think those views are anywhere near "fringe" views. If BRC thinks they are (I doubt it) then you are right, he is misjudging America's views. I think instead he is misjudging Cruz based on media misinformation.

I went to his website that posts his views during the election because they said he is so smart, for a right winger.

  • Supports a ban on gay marriage
  • Supports defining marriage as a man and a women
  • Abolish the IRS
  • The whole audit the Fed, government shut down is good, return to gold standard team party shit that will never happen.
and so on and so on.

Well you said the majority of Americans don't support the Democrats or Republicans. Which I called out for the BS it was.

I vote with the majority on almost every issue. When is the last time one of your beliefs was affirmed in an election?

and for the record I watch way more Fox News than anything on MSNBC.

Nothing wrong with her. Never gave her a chance due to time constraints. LS is just an uninformed idiot. He thinks I watch her. Like why would I deny watching a show?

I watch Fox news in a genuine attempt to hear a different slant/take/opinion other than the mainstream media. I usually watch Oreilly, Hannity or the regular Fox News. I probably watch the sunday Chris wallace show 2-3 times a month. I get that fix from those programs. Been doing it for years now.

Well, the majority of Americans want the border secured, first and foremost, with any immigration reform. The current bill does not do that.
