Old movies that bring back nostalgic memories

I'm watching the original Karate Kid movie, and it surprises me how much I'm enjoying it. It just really brings me back to when I was a kid --- I was 11 when this came out. Sweep the leg is still a phrase that is iconic, but the Daniel san and Mr. Miyagi relationship was good stuff. And what teenage boy wasn't in love with Elizabeth Shue?

All that said, what movies have you seen as an adult that really took you back to when you were a kid? I sometimes assume these old movies won't hold up, but it's not really about that when nostalgia is involved.

Loved "Fantastic Planet," too.

Heh. I did that with "Heaven Can Wait" but it was because I had a crush on the girl that ran the snack counter at the theater.

She's 60 years old now, but a 16 year old Jenny Agutter did a skinny dipping nude scene in Walkabout. Back to her at a legal age though: I used to love it when Logan's Run would be shown on late night television. Nothing cut out of the movie.
