Is that Lake Washington or the Bay? When I visited my sister up there years ago we went out on the lake one day and then went out and watched the fireworks on the 4th of July. It was pretty cool going through the locks to get out on the lake.

The locks are about 1/2 mile away from my house. when you are leaving the lake side of the locks, our place is right above Ray's boathouse on the salt water side. BTW I finally played Newcastle, great course!

Only thing better than drivingI must say I traveled OTR for about 5 years & the NW was always the most beautiful place to be. I always planned on retiring up here someday, it's just that I got the moving up here too soon part wrong. Our daughter is all NW though so it's neat to see some of my wife & I's traits in her come out with her own style.
