Ignore weird emphasis. Still on a royals win high.

Elysium should be remade with a better story.

I thought District 9 was "blah" at best, despite the critical love it received. I haven't seen Elysium yet but it's definitely a premium cable channel watcher for me. The trailer seemed to lay out the entire movie and again, it looked rather "blah".

Yeah, I loved the scene in the original where Brody killed the shark with a chainsaw.

I can't wait for Sharknado 2: The Second One next summer.

Did anyone else happen to see Tara Reid and Ian Zeiring on Shark Week last week? If not, check it out on Youtube.

Hilarious. If she's not drunk, she's even dumber than anyone ever suspected.

I'm fairly sure it was the politics that received the critical love.

A new Sci Fi series based on a good 5 year story arc along the lines of Babylon 5 would be great.

I hated the new Clash of the Titans movie. I liked the original and it had several plots to follow along.

And we won't until people stop pouring a $500 million into crap films. Clash of the Titans earned $493 million and Wrath of the Titans earned $305 million.

That's nearly $800 million (before DVD sales) for crap films.

Also, this year, sequels, prequels and remakes have shattered records whereas "Original" works have failed spectacularly.

Don't blame the dealer, blame the addict.

Brad Bird has said recently that he might make a sequel but I think it's a longshot, at least in the next decade.

He's too busy with Tomorrowland and I can almost guarantee he'll be swamped with Star Wars.
