Most Obamacare/Exchanges are live now. Get your quote

Most states and the government exchanges are online. You can get a quote now.
https://www.healthcare.gov/marketplace/

Looks like most of the major insurances are in there, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, United Health care, Coventry, Aetna etc.

What price will Obamacare cost you?

My quote for my wife, son and myself from Coventry/United Health care

1500 Individual - 3000 Family deductible
2500 Maximum - 5000 Family maximum
No annual limits
No pre-existing conditions
$30 office visit
$15-$65 copay for prescriptions

$920 a month
$32 a month dental
$17 a month vision

AustinChiefs quote from another health care website

HAHAHAHA They can't even get the ****ing site to work correctly. All sorts of bugs on that site. My favorite is when you login and get a blank page... just a giant white screen.

I couldn't have asked for a better example of government efficiency

I'm all for a single exchange where firms compete on price in a transparent way. Competition in this type of market should drive down prices, at least to some extent.

But yeah, as for me personally, I have a job so I don't really care about these exchanges.

I think that is only because you have used your IT expertise to protect your site from the NSA.

Same here, I'm curious to see the prices...but I do have coverage now...

I have never heard anyone actually say why the exchange is not a good idea to be able to compare plans easily...but it seems like a good idea to me.

Sounds like a great program.

Because you are asking a government that can't figure out it its own damn systems to develop and innovate a massive new solution on the taxpayer's dime. The CBO estimate, I'm sure, isn't going to factor in the massive amount of damage control when this ****s up, the support staff to fix problems and glitches, the massive amount of promotion and education to teach people how to use this, the amount of consultants hired to help implement the solution let alone manage the solution when it's up and running and not running as it's supposed to.

And all that to fix a small part of the brokenness that is our health care system.

Here's what I got:

You may be eligible to get quality health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace. But based on the information you provided, you probably won’t qualify to save money on your monthly premiums or out-of-pocket costs. You'll find out for sure when you apply for coverage starting October 1, 2013.

Yeah. Obama can go **** himself with is shit. What a cocksocket.
