Most Obamacare/Exchanges are live now. Get your quote

Most states and the government exchanges are online. You can get a quote now.
https://www.healthcare.gov/marketplace/

Looks like most of the major insurances are in there, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, United Health care, Coventry, Aetna etc.

What price will Obamacare cost you?

My quote for my wife, son and myself from Coventry/United Health care

1500 Individual - 3000 Family deductible
2500 Maximum - 5000 Family maximum
No annual limits
No pre-existing conditions
$30 office visit
$15-$65 copay for prescriptions

$920 a month
$32 a month dental
$17 a month vision

AustinChiefs quote from another health care website

Sounds like a great program.
It's actually almost triple for what I pay, although the deductibles I have are a little higher.

Now that the prices are set how long will it take employers to raise costs employees pay now to match the exchanges?

With our economy and unemployment problem I see little incentive for employers to keep subsidizing insurance to their employees as much as they do now.

Well its clearly a super thing. Look at how much people are seeing they will save!!! Hell yes this is just what we need. Party on for ObamaCare and exchanges.

But you got to use the exchanges. Don't you see the benefit? No wonder small businesses are so happy we are finally getting started.

I see employers lowering their costs by passing them onto the employee, all while avoiding the penalty for dropping coverage.

The Obama attack on the middle class continues. Next up, higher energy prices by killing the coal industry.

That plan is ****ing stupid as well...
$1500 maximum out of pocket? Ok, $3000 for family? Ok...

that costs you $11k a year

or you can get a $10k deductible and pay $300 a month and then only fork over the big money should you actually use the insurance.

Go see what a policy costs on the open market if you have a pre-existing condition or not in perfect health. At least double that.

Your job usually pays 60%-75% of the cost of insurance. The exchanges are not supposed to replace or be better than employer insurance.

I don't see why conservatives would be against an open market where businesses compete with other businesses for your money.

Dude I can get a BCBS plan right now for $350 month for 3 people on my own without an employer
