Its as good as on go and the button pushed

KERRY CONDEMNS SYRIA: 'IT MATTERS HERE IF NOTHING IS DONE'....http://worldnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2...-humanity?lite

Congrats Obots. Now your boy has his own little no need, no benefit, no approval shootin war to call his own. Its a moral obligation to blast shit out of something in syria somewhere because somebody there is like really bad.

Cant wait to see Hillary defend this. What do you Obots think? Will she stand by her man? Or will she go off the reservation and condem this act? She cannot be neutral...

Makes you wonder if Obama is not out to sink her ship where it sits....

Yes, SCUDS that were lobbed and then landed gracefully in Syria... fully functional.

I also love how you discount Sada, Shaw and the Russians without any valid reasons. Oh I forgot, the ONLY valid reason in your mind.. it doesn't fit your partisan narrative. ****ing hack.

And I am not saying that Syria's chemical weapons that were used were necessarily Iraqi in origin. I am simply laying out some of the FACTS that can't be disputed. Anyone paying attention knows that Syria has had WMDs all along. Of course you claimed (like an idiot) that if that were the case we would have invaded them.

Blah blah blah...and stay down.

Sure, focus on the SCUDs. I'd never heard that, but it is pretty irrelevant regardless.

Hey, where's that quote from Bush or Cheney or whoever that the official US position that Saddam done tricked us by moving all those weapons into Syria?

Yeah, I discount Sada. He says PLANE loads full of weapons were flown into Syria. Your sources say a convoy, which I assume means some sort of ground-based conveyance.

No, I didn't say we would have invaded Syria. I said it should have been a consideration under W if he was after WMDs and he knew they had been shipped to Syria.

You ****ed up on this. Just take your medicine.

No medicine to take you ****ing idiot. Its truly pathetic how you cling to your partisan world view in the face of facts. The fact that SCUDS are being found is proof that weapons transfers did occur. We can't say for certain WHEN but it is yet another point that lends credence to the transfer of WMDs.

As for quotes, I don't know of any from Cheney or Bush but Rumsfeld and Shaw certainly have mentioned this.

You discount Sada because you don't like what he said. Period. You have preconceived partisan views in your head and nothing will sway them. You're a ****ing joke and everyone here with half a brain knows it.

The vast preponderance of evidence lends us to believe that a transfer of WMDs did occur. I have shown you credible sources(Shaw, Sada, the Russians, etc) who have stated as such. Your response is to claim they aren't credible. No solid reasons why, just because you don't want them to be.

I truly am done wasting time with you. You're a pig, you'll never sing.. I just need to realize this. Sorry for annoying you piggie.

This is pathetic. BEP-level pathetic. Denial and outright lying at this point.

As for those SCUDs--what's your source on those being from Iraq? Not that it really matters, since SCUDs are completely different from what's at issue here, but I am interested in where you are getting this garbage.

I did some googling but have only seen AQ-affiliated folks making the claim that the "SCUD-type" weapons that have been used in Syria were made in Iraq. No statement from anyone reasonably credible.

If Iraqi WMDs--the reason we invaded--were moved to Syria, then it was still a huge, monumental, complete and total ****-up.

Also, then why the hell didn't we go get them once we "knew" Syria had what we were looking for? I'm going to assume you started drinking early tonight, CoMoChief Jr.
WMDs weren't the only reason, or even the primary reason, we invaded. You've said this a couple of times now, so I thought I'd correct it. Bush made a terrible decision to push the WMD angle hard, but it was by no means the only aspect of the case for war in Iraq.

I think I kind of agree with you though that there isn't strong evidence that Iraqi WMD were moved to Syria. There's some evidence, so to say there's no evidence would be wrong too, but I don't consider the evidence I'm aware of strong. Maybe I'm missing something though.

I think I started off saying it was 95% of the reason, then it was just easier to say "the" reason. It was, most definitely, the primary reason. Bush pushed the WMD angle so hard because it was the primary reason, by a mile. Oh, you can add in the relatively minor other points and make it look like a list of grievances, but this was about WMDs. You couldn't sell a case for invasion by putting all of the other things together. This was about WMDs, and to say otherwise is just playing games.

If it wasn't about WMDs, then the invasion is even more ridiculous. So, we just invaded Afghanistan, which was kind of a big endeavor in itself. But suddenly, it became very important to address no-fly zone violations by invading Iraq. Gimme a break...

No. If that's what you believe, you didn't pay enough attention. To be honest, that doesn't shock me.

Two Questions:

1. Where is Israel every time this shit happens?

2. Why don't we just let these savages have it out already?

No, I'm certainly not a ME expert since the period the Mongols destroyed Baghdad.

1) Israel can't really help out in Syria, whatever side they assisted would have even more of a taint on it than the USA assisting them. It would be like throwing gasoline on to a fire to try to put it out. They would be there in a heartbeat if shit REALLY went bad and we needed them. But they simply cannot meddle around there, as they are literally seen as pigs and disgusting animals and hated by 85-95% of the people there.

2) I think we should do this, and in a sense we are...(by doing nothing) but the debate is simply this question:

How do we stand by and let a regime gas its own people, and if we do, will it embolden other regimes to use harsh methods to stay in power etc?

I'm not saying I have the answer to this, I'm, saying that is what they will be debating in congress.

Do we have to do something, even symbolically, to show the next wanna be thug fascist that you can't do that kind of shit?

What say you?
