Boehner's Deal to Avoid a Shut Down

Seems reasonable...
  • Repeal of the Medical Device Tax
  • One year delay on the individual mandate
  • The Senate's Continuing Resolution gets pushed to December 15th
  • Troops get paid regardless

None of the previous shutdowns had anything to do with the debt ceiling/paying debt that is current owed. That had never been screwed with before until the Obama administration. The previous shutdowns were related to actual new spending, and not paying the bill of debts already owed.

Apparently if you throw around words like "full faith and credit" enough, I'm supposed to magically be ok with the enormous amounts of debt that congress is racking up, and just accept continuing resolutions as an ok way for our government to operate.

So far this hasn't served to produce such magic in me.

Guess what continuing resolutions end up doing? They end up giving small government advocates leverage once they organize in large enough numbers.

The actual grassroot flames are being fanned by these entities. In the OWW case, there were no grassroots flames to fan. They were manufactured.

BTW, whatever happened to the Coffee Party?

Yes, grassroots is when they are called the Fox News Tax Day Tea Party.

I know when I think grassroots, I think large corporate sponsors doing a bus tour.

Whatever happened to the John Birch Society? because that is where the Tea Party is headed.

I guess Democrats forget that the only reason they made gains last year was bcuz conservatives were busy getting audited by the regimes henchmen. The same henchmen that are in charge of Obamacare. Henchmen = IRS for you low information voters. IRS = Tax collectors for you 57% that pay no income tax. IRS= Robin Hood to OWS shitheads.

Keep playing that Marxist Class warfare card there buddy.

It's aaaaaaaaaaaall about politics with Barry and Harry and never about the real good for 'We The People" unless it is about more control over 'We the People which is then defined as good by Harry and Barry !!!

Just listen to how the Democrats call the Tea Party "Terrorist", "Tea Baggers" , "Anarchists" , and "extortionists". If you criticize the president's horrible economic or foreign policies, you're "Racist" . If you oppose abortion, you're a "sexist". Lots and lots of hate.

And Yet Obama voted against raising the debt ceiling as a senator. Go figure.
