The affordable health care act is NOT affordable!

Our own survey ? If you have been on the exchanges to see where you stand on the insurance premiums & deductibles, if you may, please post here the results.

FTR, I have no insurance because I can't afford it.

It wants us ( wife & I ) to shell out $ 1547.00 per month & close to $8,000 for deductibles due to what we have wrong and the medications.

My last name is Caswell, not Obama,Buffet or Gates.

Big Government just wants more!

Look into individual policies, not family. Family policies suck.

My former company paid $500/month for an individual and $1800/month for family insurance. This is a global company of over 8,000 employees. They subsidized the premiums to make it palatable for employees.

According to the guideline, within 9.5% of your income is considered an affordable amount for individual policy, family plan is extra of course.

Wow!

If you don't mind me asking what percentage of an increase is that over your current provider?

I'm just doing these figures off my head but if I'm not mistaken that's a months salary for someone making around $26k a year. That's ridiculous. Just pay the fines.
