Chiefs have the #1 scoring defense in football after 5 weeks

We are only allowing 11.6 points per game...even more impressive is that the second place team is NE at 14 ppg. That's a sizable lead.

Some other rankings after 5 weeks...

1st in sacks
1st in passes defensed
1st in defensive touchdowns
1st in recovered fumbles
3rd in interceptions
7th in yards allowed per game
4th in pass yards allowed per game
21st in rush yards allowed per game (Philly game skewed this one)

Translation: the defense is killin it

SS but he moves into the slot in their dime/nickel.

He'd have made for a dynamic backfield with berry.

I still think our guy should have been the pick.

Sheldon, Poe, tamba, and Houston would be a great 4 to rush Peyton

Alex smith can't throw it downfield, yet he's accounted for 11 plays of 25 plus yards. But they don't count.

He can't.

He's lucky receivers have made great plays after the catch.

5-yard pass, 51-yard gain because of Avery, for instance.

LOL. He had gotten better every game until the Titans game, who actually have a really good defense.

Now its CASSEL LEVEL?

Why are you lying?

I never said this team was going 5-11. Not once.

And I loved the DeVito acquisition.

That, right there, is why he's the new blanket...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Gonna be fun to watch.
I'd put Smith on Thomas. I would keep Cooper on Decker.
