Sounds like the dems are getting a deal to let unions off the obamacare hook. A deal to let congress off the obamacare hook and really zero to reduce the steady march to insolvency. **** congress. **** obama. **** the senate.

You are a bit late in the news cycle. This morning it looked like this union reinsurance tax cut was going to take place, but by the evening, McConnell had successfully negotiated it out in talks with Reid.

By the way "letting unions off the Obamacare hook", as you put it, would have been a tax cut that impacted mostly labor unions by about $69/policy. The GOP is in the odd position of opposing a tax cut, because its a tax cut that impacts mostly labor unions.
