Dems proud?
Pubs disappointed ?

And the little fat **** in NJ is giving in state tuition to illegals. Next hurricane he should go to hell

Your Tea Party logic is what fails here. I don't suppose you remember the whole "render unto Caesar what belongs to Caesar..." stuff either? Nope. Didn't think so. Jesus understood the concept of a civil society, even if you don't.
What about when the majority of DC break the law not following the Constitution ?? What then ??

Incorrect. Pharisees repeatedly tried to entrap Jesus using the Word, much like you using the New Testament to claim a false narrative, and use it as a weapon of destruction.

...you keep on reading the Word, and keep thinking the truth comes from you.

....just like the Pharisees, Pharisee.

again, you're quoting an answer to a question designed to ensnare Christ....The roman emperors considered themsleves divine. if he said no, they could get the romans after him, if he said yes, the jews...comparing God to caesar is ludicrous, hence his answer which was choose which God you worship.

Your analogy fails and the cartoon completely fails.
You need to study Christianity more:

Quote:
Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment - Romans 13:1-2
Quote:
Be subject for the Lord's sake to every human institution, whether it be to the emperor as supreme, or to governors as sent by him to punish those who do evil and to praise those who do good. For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people. Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-up for evil, but living as servants of God. Honor everyone. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the emperor. -- 1 Peter 2:13-17
Quote:
He said to them, “Then render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's.” Luke 20:25
Quote:
Pay to all what is owed to them: taxes to whom taxes are owed, revenue to whom revenue is owed, respect to whom respect is owed, honor to whom honor is owed. -- Romans 13:7

As for the rest of that stupidity. Governement and taxes are not force. No one is forcing you to live here. Taxes are the price you pay to have a functional society. You don't want to live in Society, leave.

Just LEAVE. You choose to pay taxes by Choosing to live here.

Or, in the Words of Bejamin Franklin, "He that does not like civil Society on these Terms, let him retire and live among Savages. He can have no right to the benefits of Society, who will not pay his Club towards the Support of it."

Quote:
The Remissness of our People in Paying Taxes is highly blameable; the Unwillingness to pay them is still more so. I see, in some Resolutions of Town Meetings, a Remonstrance against giving Congress a Power to take, as they call it, the People's Money out of their Pockets, tho' only to pay the Interest and Principal of Debts duly contracted. They seem to mistake the Point. Money, justly due from the People, is their Creditors' Money, and no longer the Money of the People, who, if they withold it, should be compell'd to pay by some Law.

All Property, indeed, except the Savage's temporary Cabin, his Bow, his Matchcoat, and other little Acquisitions, absolutely necessary for his Subsistence, seems to me to be the Creature of public Convention. Hence the Public has the Right of Regulating Descents, and all other Conveyances of Property, and even of limiting the Quantity and the Uses of it. All the Property that is necessary to a Man, for the Conservation of the Individual and the Propagation of the Species, is his natural Right, which none can justly deprive him of: But all Property superfluous to such purposes is the Property of the Publick, who, by their Laws, have created it, and who may therefore by other Laws dispose of it, whenever the Welfare of the Publick shall demand such Disposition.

He that does not like civil Society on these Terms, let him retire and live among Savages. He can have no right to the benefits of Society, who will not pay his Club towards the Support of it.

Ah-ha, there we go...I knew you had it in you. Now, to continue Socratic analysis of the underlying premise...

If Jesus understood that it's up to the people which God to "worship," what do you think Jesus would say about people today who demonize and castigate the poor, the sick, the persecuted, and the hungry as "welfare queens" and "lazy freeloaders" who are deserving of seething contempt and ridicule--as the vast majority of those in the "Tea Party" clearly do, based on their rhetoric and their articulated policy proposals?

Silly partisan rhetoric? I'm an equal opportunity basher; you just liked me better when the Dems were the object of my bashing. If anyone has a crooked finger in this...it's those who seem to have forgotten Christ's real teachings, because it might mean a few less bucks for Arrowhead tailgating or the casino this weekend.

No mask here; anyone who really knows me knows....what you see is what you get. Actually, too much so at times. However, it's natural for people to be defensive when they are exposed...so they become evasive, they deflect, and they are easily distracted by peripheral issues. People like you--and most other delusional Tea Party types.
