You should be able to keep yout health care plan.

Clinton is right. Obama needs to man up and work with the Republicans in the house and senate.

Produce a bill that exempts current health care plans from following Obamacare guidelines.

Thats what was sold to the public...........you like your health care plan, you can keep it.

It's the right thing to do.

Now, employer provided insurance should never have happened, but it did. Employee provided insurance's days are numbered. It's going to die soon. Thats a totally separate issue from Obamacare.

You mean forcing an 8 yr old girl or worse yet, an 8 yr old boy to have maternity coverage is not a good thing now?

I know you're not. It's kind of embarrassing.

History lesson.....Every major new program (Social Security, Medicare etc.) has large amounts of the populace vehemently opposed to its existence. Your hero Ronald Reagan was one of these against Medicare's existence. Try to run against doing away with medicare now. Any party that tries now will cease to exist as a political party.

Obamacare has issues, some can be fixed with new legislation. but, you and your brethren are going to have to accept its existence. The old way was broken unless you have another plan, I'd rather give Obamacare a chance than return to the old way that we know doesn't work.
Obamacare is a cluster**** of intentionally broken promises and incompetence. Time to repeal it and start over.

Everyone should be an individual in the eyes of the insurance industry instead of having one set of preferential pricing for people who work mainly for large companies and another for everyone else. And it's time to end the tax subsidies anyway.

In a perfect world, the employer would put whatever he has been paying for your healthcare into your paycheck (after taxes, of course).

BRC, this game you are playing is old hat. The Dems could have had Repub agreement 3 years ago on things like pre-existing condition, cap on out of pocket and no cancellation had they actually worked for a good bill.

Instead the Dems had to have their way, didn't get 1 Repub vote, crafted a huge bill, didn't read it, passed it on party lines.

And all you can say now is "what is your plan"???

Some small business owners give the employees a bump in pay based on what the owner would be paying for insurance and then the employee can get their own insurance.

So you favor single payer, because what you speak of is the end of health insurance.

Man thats some serious revisionist history. Republicans were not going to agree to anything except that there were death panels in Obamacare.

How do the insurance companies survive when pre-existing conditions are covered? Wait till they get cancer and then go sign up?

Pete, I'm not going to rehash the whole start of the Obamacare debate. It passed, was upheld as constitutional and we had a presidential election where Obamacare was central to the campaign. The people voted for the guy who was going to implement Obamacare.

Yeah, revisionist alright. The people voted for what they were told, not what they were sold.

Talk about revisionist!!!!
