Most Americans aren't ready and don't want to hear the things the Paul talks about because they're brainwashed by corporate media outlets and the garbage they constantly spew out. Most Americans care more about Miley Cyrus and Justin Beiber than they do their own govt. The govt knows this so they just keep piling on the bullshit as they **** us royally up one side and down the other. The govt has become insanely out of control and to be honest has been hijacked by outside interests who are only in it for themselves and just wanna watch the rest of the world burn. These guys pay off people in our govt so we pass laws that benefit the companies. It's crony capitalism at it's finest. Then meanwhile they pass unconstitutional legislation like the Patriot Act and set up depts like "homeland security" and expand the federal govt powers and jurisdiction in the name of "security" and put a Patriot label on it so that people think it's made to keep them safe from the evil Bin Laden and AQ that's hiding in everyone's closet. And in terms of economics, these bastards create the problems and the swing in and act like the solution..which is more spying from the NSA, gun confiscation and more federal power grabs. Isn't that wonderful? Ever notice how our treasury and certain presidential cabinet members have been Goldman Sachs board members. High ranking members of the Federal Reserve have been on Sach's boards as well. It's a giant revolving door of corruption and Paul and just a few others are the only ones willing to point this out.
A crony capitalism that has morphed into state capitalism--what China has.
The result is mass slavery and a plantation mentality like the Dongers of the right and the JDiddy/cosmos on the left. I perfect hybrid or just two sides of the same coin.

Oh that is painful. Not as painful as the stick you've got up your ass that has left you with a nasty rash and an awful case of splinters, but painful nonetheless.

Silly it means that flies are drawn to spiders....Wait aren't flies trapped in a web where a spider comes up and devours their blood?

I get it now. We are all busy buzzing around, then Ron Paul throws out his crazy web and we get stuck, and then the crazy ****er drinks our blood.

What's even funnier is how a thread about Obamacare and central economic planning turns into a discussion about Ron Paul. Apparently, no one can refute this intellectual giant with an articulate argument.

Cruz is another one that I like.

At least with these folks, they tell the truth..whether its something you want to hear or not....I mean seriously that's the least we can ask of these people that are in DC as opposed to dangling the carrot in front of the donkey just they can get more votes, stay in office and continue to benefit from the insider trading and other financial perks that allow their personal net wealth grow at an exponential rate while they're passing legislation that is diminishing the middle class right in front of our eyes, and all people want to do is talk about who's gay and who's black and is someone racist because of xyz or this is a democrat issue or a republican issue. They're both cut from the same cloth. What's gotten me irked is that republican party (which is dead) is trying to sabotage Tea Partiers and Libertarians because they know people are waking up and people like Boehner and McCain are just as bad as people like Pelosi and Schumer. There's really no reason why anyone should side with either party. They're both dead.

Intellectual giant?

Sweets, it isn't hard to refute crazy, which is why he didn't come close to even being considered for the nomination.
