Interesting talk, I kinda like this guy. Given the bizarre debates here in DC on the age of things I thought it would be interesting to see a middle of the road approach.

I don't know why you use a word like "admitting" as if he did so reluctantly. This is nothing new.

It's also not clear why this seems refreshing. Maybe there are pockets of committed young earthers out there, but I never really encountered any in the public school I grew up in nor have I ever run into it in a Catholic Church.

Been a Catholic my whole life, and this is nothing new or shocking. The young earthers have always been protestant in my experience.
