Probably the only reason it isn't legal in more states is that they can't find enough potheads who'll get off the couch and do something about it.

i don't necessarily like the route it is taking, with government revenue being the main reason for relaxed laws.

I'm not convinced that's the main reason. Convince me.

I know/have known quite a few people who use/have used pot responsibly. Off the top of my head easily thirty to fifty people. And I don't even use it, never have.

Invest in piss test business. Home run. Employers will not tolerate wasted workers anymore than drunks.

The kind of people who go to work wasted aren't the kind of people who are waiting for pot to be legal before they go to work wasted.

One hopes. Regardless its fine to push for legalization if you accept the consequences of abuse. Ive fired people for being a drunk and a pothead. Made no difference to me. Glad we proved it and glad we canned them before they hurt somebody. To my point, with liberalization of legalization will come an investment opportunity as employers amp up testing

Republicans want less government, unless it's something they personally disagree with. In that case, you should throw them all in jail.

People who are going to abuse Marijuana when it becomes legalized are already abusing it, or another substance, now.

How is a private company testing for drugs more government, and what does it have to do with throwing people in jail?

Where do people get the idea the GOP wants no government? It's true they want less government but if you want none, you can always choose the Libertarian option
